Job Summary
Oversee patient care in post-acute and primary care settings as a House Attending Physician. Manage and lead a team of house physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and medical scribes. Collaborate with the Medical Director to coordinate and improve patient care, while communicating with patients and families regarding treatment plans. Review patient charts and provide medical oversight and guidance as needed. Full-time or part-time Monday to Friday schedule available. Competitive salary range $250,000 – $300,000 per year with bonuses. Patriot Medical offers a team-based approach to Acute, Sub-Acute, and Residential Home Care for Veterans and underserved populations.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD/DO)
- Active or eligible NY medical license

- Board certification or eligibility in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care
- Passion for team-based care and mentorship
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
