Medical Doctor - Family Medicine

Provide equitable value-based primary care to Medicare patients at Oak Street Health centers. Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics; oversee, direct, and administer primary care; prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medications; maintain Patient Electronic Medical Records via canopy and Greenway; collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality goals; work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team; perform other duties as assigned. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Center Medical Director roles may be considered for highly qualified candidates. 40 hours per week, full-time. Salary range reflects base annual pay for positions in this grade; actual offer depends on experience, geography, and other factors.
