Job Summary
Lead and supervise a private, full-service veterinary hospital as Medical Director. Drive clinical vision, mentorship, and high-quality patient care across a team of DVMs and support staff. Oversee operations, leverage in-house lab, imaging, anesthesia monitoring, and surgical suite capabilities, and contribute to ongoing facility growth following remodel. Responsible for strategic leadership, professional development, and organizational goals, with open availability to support the practice across seven days. Required Qualifications
- DVM degree or equivalent veterinary degree
- Licensed veterinarian to practice veterinary medicine
- Leadership/mentorship experience
- Experience leading a veterinary clinical team
- Strong communication and operational leadership skills
