Medical Director Veterinary Urgent Care

Medical Director to lead a brand-new veterinary Urgent Care Hospital in Wilmington, NC. You will be the clinical leader providing mentorship, medical guidance, and support to doctors while partnering with the practice manager to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and delivers the highest standard of care. The role emphasizes leadership, team development, strategic input, and hands-on clinical excellence in a DVM-facing urgent-care setting with modern equipment (including Idexx CBC/chemistry, digital radiography, ultrasound, on-site enzyme analysis, cloud-based/mobile tech). We seek a proactive, detail-oriented, organized professional with a growth mindset who can drive patient care quality, staff engagement, and clinic performance while modeling servant leadership and collaboration.
