Medical Director - Surgery Center - Full-Time |$600K Package | Hybrid Medical Direction / CRNA Independent Model | MyMichigan Medical Center Towne Centre - Saginaw, MI

Lead a collaborative, clinician-driven team at the multi-specialty outpatient surgery center, shaping care delivery and supporting team development. Manage up to 6-7 rooms daily, typically overseeing 3-4 operating rooms and 2-3 GI rooms in a hybrid Medical Direction / CRNA Independent practice model. Participate in ASC management meetings and administrative work as needed, including policy development and quality reviews. Work M-F from 7a-5p with up to 10-hour days and 50-hour weeks. Licensed in MI or eligible for licensure, with Board Certification and ACLS/PALS/BLS required.
