Job Summary
Lead the veterinary team through mentorship and daily oversight of high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care. Develop and implement clinical protocols to enhance efficiency and care standards while collaborating on professional development and client satisfaction. Build lasting relationships with clients and the community through clear communication and trust. Requires a DVM/VMD with an active Vermont license and proven leadership skills. Includes a $75,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a medical director stipend.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Active veterinary license (or eligibility) in Vermont
