Job Summary
Provide high-quality veterinary care for urgent and medical cases while establishing and maintaining clinical standards and protocols. Guide and mentor veterinarians, support team performance, and help develop efficient medical workflows and practice procedures. Foster a positive, patient-focused workplace culture by building strong relationships with clients and the surrounding community. Required Qualifications
- DVM/VMD or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary program
- Active veterinary license or eligibility for licensure
- 3+ years of veterinary experience
- Current DEA registration or ability to obtain one
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Leadership or mentorship experience
- Ability to effectively guide and support a veterinary team
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
- No overnight shifts
