Medical Director

Facilitate, guide, and direct medical providers to ensure quality, cost-effective care while promoting the organization's philosophy and mission. Assume responsibility for supervising the Quality Improvement Program, analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities, and reporting activities to the Board of Directors. Provide oversight for provider compliance with professional standards, policies, and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with the Executive Director to design systems consistent with current practice standards and reimbursement methodologies. Assist in defining strategic goals, developing outcome measurements, and making recommendations for medical staff appointments and credentialing. Maintain working knowledge of managed care systems and cost reduction strategies to guide operational decisions.
