Job Summary
Establish medical protocols, design hospital workflows, and deliver comprehensive surgical and preventive care while mentoring associate veterinarians and support staff. Ensure consistency in evidence-based medicine standards, partner with leadership to drive operational excellence, and build lasting relationships with clients and the community. Shape the culture of a new Phoenix hospital opening in March 2027, focusing on accountability, teamwork, and sustainable growth. This founding role influences the long-term direction of the organization and sets the model for future GoodNeighbor locations.
Required Qualifications
- Veterinarian
