Job Summary
Establish medical protocols, surgical standards, and preventive care while delivering evidence-based medicine. Lead by example, mentor associate veterinarians and support staff, and ensure consistency in patient care quality. Partner with hospital leadership to design workflows, drive operational excellence, and shape the client experience from day one. Build a collaborative, accountable culture and foster lasting relationships with the Nashville community as the founding Medical Director for our new facility opening in March 2027.
Required Qualifications
- Veterinarian

- 4 clinical days per week
- Only 1 Saturday every 4 weeks
