Job Summary
Medical Director for VEG's New York City hospital overseeing ER/critical care teams; drive medical excellence and VEG culture, lead team meetings, mentor doctors, oversee patient safety initiatives, recruit and develop clinical staff, collaborate on market marketing, and ensure regulatory compliance. Requires DVM/VMD or equivalent and 5+ years of 24/7 ER experience. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment; leadership and mentorship experience preferred. Compensation base $250,000–$300,000 with benefits, 401K match, travel stipends for conferences, potential equity, and other growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
