Job Summary
Medical Director Psychiatry leading a psychiatric outpatient practice in Manhattan. 70% clinical caseload with leadership of a multidisciplinary team delivering comprehensive psychiatric care, including evaluations, medication management, and interventional treatments (TMS, Esketamine, ketamine). 30% administrative duties overseeing clinical operations, QA/QI initiatives, staff training, and educational efforts. Responsibilities include direct patient care, staying current with evidence-based practices, and maintaining high standards of patient care and satisfaction. Requires board certification in Psychiatry, New York licensure, and at least 5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare/mental health setting. Flexible work schedule with no routine weekend or night coverage and opportunities for full-time leadership or part-time leadership/administrative focus. Required Qualifications
- Board certification in Psychiatry
- Licensure in the State of New York
- Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in healthcare/mental health

- Desirable fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry and Consultation-Liaison (C&L) Psychiatry
