Medical Director

Medical Director sought to lead the clinical strategy, operating model, and standards of care for a virtual Medicare clinic. Responsibilities include owning the clinic’s vision and care model, building scalable workflows for onboarding, monitoring, escalation, documentation, and care management, supervising providers, nurses, care managers, and care navigators, developing remote-monitoring protocols, ensuring compliance and patient safety, and shaping clinical standards as part of a broader AI-enabled platform. The role requires an MD with an active U.S. license (and willingness to obtain additional state licenses), a background in chronic-disease-focused primary care, experience leading clinical teams, and a builder mindset to create workflows, documentation standards, escalation pathways, and value-based care programs. The position sits at the intersection of medicine and technology, with opportunities to influence model development, validation, and the clinical actionability of AI-driven signals, in a fast-moving startup environment. The role is based in Seattle, WA with hybrid in-person/remote arrangements, and offers a compensation range of $180k-$200k plus equity.
