Job Summary
Drive the scientific foundation of new educational programs from concept through grant submission, translating practice gaps into fundable proposals and needs assessments aligned with current evidence. Own the scientific quality of funded programs from kick-off to delivery, reviewing slide decks and patient content for accuracy, flow, and regulatory compliance while managing faculty relationships and timelines. Close out programs by interpreting outcomes data, developing assessment tools, and leading abstracts, posters, and peer-reviewed publications to elevate the company's scientific visibility. Provide ongoing scientific consultation to Marketing, Partnerships, and Business Development, ensuring all messaging and deliverables remain evidence-based and compliant.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced clinical or scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, NP, or equivalent)
- Experience developing needs assessments, scientific content, and outcomes-driven programs
- Track record of abstract, poster, and/or peer-reviewed publication output
- Comfort working with KOLs, advocacy partners, and commercial supporters
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in medical education (accredited and non-accredited) strongly preferred
