Medical Director Physician

Medical Director oversees SNF-based care for multiple facilities with responsibility for H&Ps and regulatory visits, supervising NPs in the region, and providing oversight visits to guide quality of care. The role includes collaboration with other Eventus WholeHealth physicians, participation in monthly Primary Care Conference Calls, ensuring standard of care and Medicare/Medicaid audit readiness with the Audit team, performing admin duties for SNFs (e.g., signing MD paperwork), attending QA meetings and rounds, and leading regulatory visits. Strong leadership, organizational, and communications skills are required to drive a systems-based approach across facilities and to supervise NP staff while maintaining compliance and quality metrics.
