Medical Director

Medical Director and Associate Medical Director sought to lead and support medical care for PACE participants in Oklahoma City, OK. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Medical Director and IDT to monitor and improve care quality, participate in quality improvement projects, conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, develop and revise care plans with the IDT, provide ongoing education and training to clinical staff (including Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants), implement evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines, educate on participant care and regulatory requirements, participate in IDT meetings, coordinate with specialty providers, ensure CMS/state regulatory compliance, participate in audits and corrective actions, assist in developing clinical policies and procedures, provide clinical guidance to the IDT, maintain timely documentation, and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications include MD/DO, state licensure in Oklahoma, DEA and state-controlled substance registration, BLS, and at least 3 years of experience with frail or elderly populations; board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics is preferred. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Location is Oklahoma City, OK, USA.
