Job Summary
Lead the Oncology Program by providing clinical oversight to ensure the delivery of the highest quality care and developing strategies for program growth. Participate in monthly Tumor Board meetings, conduct comprehensive assessments including history-taking and diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Manage patient symptoms and side effects while providing education and counseling on diagnosis, treatment options, and supportive care resources. Collaborate closely with clinic administration and healthcare team stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of patient care and maintain Commission on Cancer accreditation. Document all patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations accurately in the electronic health record system.
