Job Summary
Lead large-scale, value-based primary care initiatives across 22 clinics and 160+ providers, blending 30% meaningful clinical practice with 70% strategic operational and people leadership. Directly partner with two Regional Medical Directors while overseeing diverse Family Medicine and Internal Medicine practice models. Collaborate closely with specialty services and system leadership to drive care delivery, access expansion, quality performance, and provider engagement. This role thrives at the intersection of clinical excellence, system redesign, and physician engagement within a nonprofit health system serving Southwest Florida.
