Job Summary
Medical Director to lead obesity medicine and integrated care initiatives across MedStar Health and CoreLife Partnership. Drive clinical excellence, mentor physicians and staff, oversee provider recruitment and onboarding, optimize clinic operations, and strengthen partnerships with MedStar hospitals. Lead multidisciplinary, patient-centered care models focused on obesity and chronic disease, and contribute to strategy, growth, and value-based care initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physician with active DEA and Controlled Substances credentials
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Primary Care or related specialty
- Proven clinical leadership experience
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
