Job Summary
The Medical Director provides clinical direction and direct supervision of medical staff at Northeast Correctional Complex in Mountain City, TN. Responsibilities include guiding clinical services to meet service delivery requirements, collaborating with the Health Services Administrator to ensure efficient, clinically appropriate medical services, and participating in CQI, Infection Prevention and Control, and Pharmacy and Therapeutics committees. Qualified candidates hold an MD or DO, maintain an active TN license and DEA, and have leadership/directorship experience. Shift is Day Shift, full-time with PAID call and no nights or weekends.
