Job Summary
Medical Director to oversee both the clinical clinic and adjacent med spa operations in Boca Raton. Lead clinical and regulatory activities, supervise APPs and staff, ensure compliance and quality standards, review treatment plans and protocols, and drive strategic growth in Functional Medicine, Hormone Therapy, Anti-Aging, Weight Loss, Longevity and Wellness. On-site, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, overseeing a high-volume practice (~40–50 patients/day) with a focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences in a fast-paced environment. Board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine with active Florida license and DEA license required; 5+ years of clinical experience and leadership capability are essential. Preferred but not required: prior Medical Director experience, functional/integrative medicine background, A4M involvement, and experience with neurotoxins & fillers.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Florida MD or DO License
- Active DEA License
- 5+ Years of Clinical Experience
