Job Summary
Medical Director leading clinic teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within Hopscotch Primary Care’s care model. Responsibilities include providing day-to-day leadership, oversight of the care team and providers, ensuring comprehensive documentation and administrative task management, partnering with the Care Center Manager to drive key metrics (patient experience, STARS/HEDIS, care coordination, cost of care), delivering high-quality patient care to a dedicated panel, providing community-based education and engagement, and advancing the organization’s mission and culture. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, non-probationary North Carolina medical license (or willingness to obtain)
- 5+ years of post-residency experience and experience managing teams
