Job Summary
Design and roll out clinical workflows for new and existing dermatological conditions, partnering with the CMO and Clinical Ops lead to advance treatment protocols from protocol development through provider training and go-live. Personally meet every provider 1:1 to assess strengths and gaps, establishing performance frameworks including scorecards, quarterly reviews, and productivity benchmarks that support a remote workforce. Stand up QA systems, SOPs, and escalation workflows to ensure audit readiness as the network scales from 20,000 to 1M patients. Monitor strict adherence to treatment protocols, measure outcomes, and flag trends for clinical review while coordinating correction workflows with supervisor leads. Translate clinical workflows into platform functionality by collaborating with the Product team on decision support tools and provider dashboards.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with active license
- clinical dermatology experience seeing patients for a minimum of 5 years
- Operational experience: being a senior operator at a large derm network (Schweiger, Forefront, Integrated) and/or management consulting, PE, military background with an MBA
- Demonstrated experience building clinical systems, SOPs, and quality frameworks
- Analytical, metrics-driven mindset: comfort defining KPIs, reading data, and translating findings into operational change
- Structured, detail-oriented operator — thrives in environments that require both big-picture protocol design and granular chart-level review
Desired Qualifications
- Telehealth or DTC healthcare platform experience
- Familiarity with AI-assisted clinical review tools or experience integrating AI into clinical workflows
- Experience with EMR optimization or provider dashboard development
- Background in academic research or pharma collaboration
