Job Summary
The Medical Director provides clinical leadership and oversight for HIV, STI, and LGBTQ+ health services, ensuring clinical protocols are evidence-based and compliant with regulations. The role requires collaboration with community stakeholders, conducting staff training, and advising on risk management strategies. Candidates must hold an MD or DO, have at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience, and possess strong leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted medical license in Illinois.
- Valid DEA license.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in HIV care, infectious disease, sexual health, or primary care with demonstrated expertise in STI prevention and treatment.
