Job Summary
Direct clinical services for patients and provide clinical supervision for medical staff at the assigned site under the supervision of the Statewide Medical Director. Set clinical direction to meet service delivery requirements, collaborate with the Health Services Administrator to ensure efficient and clinically appropriate medical services, and participate in committees for Continuous Quality Improvement, Infection Prevention and Control, and Pharmacy and Therapeutics. Lead medical operations and shape care delivery for an underserved incarcerated population while working a day shift Monday through Friday with a hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two days telehealth.
Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
- Active and unrestricted Ga state license or the ability to obtain one
- Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
- Ability to pass credentialing and background check
