Job Summary
Provide clinical oversight and ensure high standards of patient care in a progressive mixed-animal practice. Mentor and develop veterinary and support team members while overseeing medical protocols and ensuring regulatory compliance. Foster client trust through strong communication and education, and collaborate with leadership to support hospital growth and community engagement. Requires an active Texas veterinary license, DVM degree, and demonstrated leadership experience. Offers a $50,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a path to partnership and ownership equity. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent
- Active or eligible Texas veterinary license

- Experience with mixed-animal or companion-animal medicine preferred
