Medical Director, Dermatology, non-MD

Medical Director role focused on dermatology at Pfizer US Medical Affairs, based in Collegeville, PA or New York City. Lead planning and execution of medical strategies for the dermatology portfolio, develop scientifically-based resources, build relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and support medical communications, publications, and adverse data interpretation. Responsibilities include reviewing promotional materials, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Commercial, HEOR, Field Medical), planning advisory boards and congress activities, contributing to data generation and publication planning, delivering expert medical presentations, developing HCP engagement plans, and supporting medical training and education initiatives. Requires an advanced degree in dermatology or related field (e.g., PhD or PharmD) or substantial equivalent experience, strong leadership and collaboration skills, and the ability to travel up to 25%. The role is hybrid, with onsite work 2-3 days per week at either NYHQ or Collegeville, PA, and requires U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
