Job Summary
Provide executive leadership across all medical and clinical services and oversee the organisation's clinical governance framework. Contribute to organisational strategy as a member of the Executive Management Team, offering expert clinical advice to the CEO, Board, and Executive. Drive innovation in service delivery models, lead medical workforce planning, and foster a culture of clinical excellence and cultural safety. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including community, health partners, and government agencies while ensuring compliance with legislation and accreditation standards. This predominantly strategic, non-patient-facing role supports the development of contemporary care models within Western Australia's largest Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation.
Required Qualifications
- Current registration as a Medical Practitioner with AHPRA
- Fellowship of RACGP, ACRRM or equivalent specialist qualification
- Significant senior leadership and management experience within healthcare
- Demonstrated experience operating at executive or senior management level
- Strong knowledge and experience in clinical governance, accreditation and quality systems
- Proven ability to influence strategy, lead organisational change and drive service innovation
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills
- A strong commitment to Aboriginal health and culturally safe practice
- Satisfactory National Police Clearance (not older than 6 months)
- Valid WA Driver's Licence and willingness to travel as required
- Current Working with Children check

Desired Qualifications
- A person of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent
- Experience working in an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service
