Job Summary
Medical Director (Medical Affairs) at CVS Health, remote-based full-time role overseeing clinical decision support, utilization management (prior authorization and appeals), and formulary/clinical policy activities across PBM programs. Responsibilities include conducting medication utilization reviews, supporting Account Management for Key Clients, participating in inter-rater quality oversight, providing clinical mentorship across departments, and leading research efforts with pharmacists and cross-functional teams. Requires Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Board Certification, 5+ years of direct patient care, 2+ years in clinical outcomes and medical statistics, and an unrestricted medical license. Required Qualifications
