Medical Director, Clinical Trial Physician - Neurology (Remote)

Job Summary
Provide medical leadership in clinical studies by creating and implementing clinical trial protocols, contributing to site selection, and ensuring medical compliance. Responsibilities include real-time medical monitoring of clinical studies, data interpretation for regulatory documents, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to lead study teams, as well as familiarity with the NDA submission process and regulatory guidelines. A Medical Doctor degree is required, along with 1-3 years of industry experience, preferably in a Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or CRO organization associated with neurology.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Doctor or equivalent degree required
- 1-3 years of industry experience in clinical development
- Understanding and experience with NDA submission process
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines for adverse event reporting
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to lead a study team
- Proactive problem solver with negotiation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Board certification(s) in neurology preferred
- Neurology residency/fellowship completed
- Expertise in Pediatric Neurology or Neuromuscular diseases preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship
- Must pass a comprehensive background check including drug screening
