Job Summary
Leads Global clinical development strategy for Takeda's neuroscience-psychiatry programs, directing multi-regional development teams and shaping Development Strategy, Clinical Development Plans, and Protocols. Responsible for major development decisions, safety monitoring, regulatory interactions, and external collaborations, including due diligence and alliance projects. Requires MD or equivalent with 5+ years' clinical research experience, track record leading phase 3 studies across regions, and ability to travel; role described as hybrid in Cambridge, MA.
Required Qualifications
- MD or internationally recognized equivalent
- 5 years of clinical research experience in pharmaceutical industry, CRO health-related consulting, or biomedical/clinical academia
- previous experience leading a clinical development team/matrix team with responsibility for phase 3 studies in multiple regions
- NDA/MAA/Submission experience preferred
