Job Summary
Lead the clinical team and drive excellence in patient care through hands-on medicine, mentorship, and leadership. Deliver high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care while developing clinical protocols to enhance efficiency and standards. Collaborate with staff to promote teamwork, professional development, and client satisfaction, building lasting relationships through clear communication. Requires a DVM/VMD, active Vermont license, and proven leadership skills. Up to $75,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and quarterly performance bonuses available. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Active veterinary license (or eligibility) in Vermont
