Job Summary
The Medical Director position focuses on overseeing addiction medicine within Delaware Valley Community Health, responsible for rendering professional medical services, supervising medical staff, and leading health center operations. A current medical license in Pennsylvania, graduation from an accredited medical school, and at least one year of experience as a practicing physician in a primary healthcare setting are required. The ideal candidate will have experience in Addiction Medicine and interest in precepting medical students.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited medical school
- Possession of a current license to practice medicine in the state of Pennsylvania
- A minimum of one year experience as practicing physician and administrative experience in primary health care setting
- Meets and maintains credentialing and privileging criteria
