Job Summary
Oversee 24-hour medical and psychiatric services at a residential treatment center, leading the medical staff, dietitians, and physician services coordinator while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Provide administrative oversight for detoxification protocols, medication-assisted therapy, and withdrawal management, documenting decisions based on ASAM criteria. Collaborate with facility leadership to develop policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs, while planning and budgeting for medical services. Monitor departmental metrics including expense management, documentation compliance, treatment completion rates, and readmission outcomes.
