Job Summary
Educate therapists, physicians, and patients on the Flexitouch System and other Tactile Medical products within an assigned territory. Establish sales strategies to attain monthly, quarterly, and annual goals while penetrating underserved clinical markets. Assist with customer support regarding training, reimbursement, and complaints, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements including HIPAA. Maintain knowledge of third-party payer policies and demonstrate the ability to launch new products. Travel within and outside the territory for conferences and training, and perform duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined education and work experience (4 years)
- 3+ years of outside/inside sales experience
- 1+ years of medical sales experience
- 4+ years of patient facing clinical experience
- 2+ years of Tactile Medical patient facing or sales support work experience
- Knowledgeable of third party payer policies
- Ability to lift 20 pounds
- Travel within territory as well as outside territory for conferences and training
Desired Qualifications
- Healthcare sales experience with clinicians such as doctors, surgeons, therapists, etc.
- Clinical experience working directly with lymphedema patients such as a Nurse, CLT, PTA, PT, OT, OTA, etc.
- Demonstrated success selling Tactile Medical products
- Demonstrated ability to launch new products desirable
