Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations including sound field, air and bone conduction, SRT, LDL, and MCL. Recommend specific Beltone product models based on client hearing loss and fit instruments according to patient lifestyle. Provide follow-up care for all patients and manage the assigned office, including supervision of the Patient Care Coordinator. Ensure Belcare promise delivery, maintain a clean work environment, and execute Sycle and Cash Management procedures. Track feedback on marketing referrals and follow all corporate policies and pricing programs. This role supports a rapidly growing patient base with ancillary staff handling scheduling and care.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass all the necessary exams to obtain a license to dispense hearing instruments required by Arizona
