Job Summary
Conduct full-cycle consultative sales by prospecting, scheduling meetings, delivering product demonstrations, and closing deals for Tactile Medical's at-home therapy devices. Educate physicians, clinicians, and patients on the Flexitouch System and assist with in-home device training regarding disease states and reimbursement protocols. Collaborate with the Territory Account Manager to execute sales strategies that surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual goals while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 1+ years of sales or clinical experience, and ability to travel within the territory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined education and work experience (4 years)
- 1+ years of outside sales/inside sales experience
- 2+ years of patient facing clinical experience
- 1+ years of Tactile Medical patient facing or sales support work experience
- Ability to travel/drive within the territory as well as outside of the territory for conference, trainings, etc.
- Ability to lift 20 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Outside sales experience with in-person product demonstrations
- Clinical experience working directly with lymphedema patients such as a Nurse, CLT, PTA, PT, OT, OTA, etc.
- Demonstrated success interacting with Tactile Medical patients, customers, and clinicians
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
- Strong sales 'close' experience and mentality, including persuasiveness, assertiveness and persistence
- Resourceful and a self-starter
