Medical Device Engineer - Printhead & Coating Development

Job Summary
Develop and optimize printhead systems, coating processes, and associated technologies for product and process development. Design, build, and evaluate engineering test systems and prototypes while planning, executing, and documenting experiments to characterize performance. Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot manufacturing, test, and measurement equipment, then analyze data to prepare technical reports. Support design verification, validation, and technology qualification activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance clinical manufacturing and scale-up. Requires a degree in engineering with hands-on experience in CAD, analytical problem-solving, and regulated environments.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Biomedical, Manufacturing or related Engineering discipline
- Experience in engineering, product development, advanced manufacturing or a related technical environment
- Experience using CAD software and interpreting engineering drawings
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical documentation skills
- A hands-on approach with a strong willingness to learn and contribute in a multidisciplinary environment
