Job Summary
Drive monthly revenue quota growth by identifying prospective customers, converting leads, and collaborating with existing clients to sell EnsoHST solutions to sleep and referring physicians. Coordinate sales processes with marketing and Sales Solutions Engineers for demonstrations, negotiate contracts and pricing, and maintain customer data in HubSpot. Partner with teams to refine sales strategies and represent EnsoData at industry shows, traveling up to 50% of the time for onsite demos. This role focuses on growing the EnsoSleep solution using waveform AI technology to simplify sleep study analysis and improve healthcare efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sleep medicine, specifically home sleep testing sales
- Experience closing business in a health system
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Candidates must live in the territory area (Chicago, IL, Milwaukee, WI or Madison, WI)
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work and reside in the United States now and in the future
Desired Qualifications
- Healthcare Software as Medical Device, SaaS or healthcare software sales knowledge
- Clinical aptitude, business acumen & strong work ethic
- Hunter mindset w/ creative thinking
- Preferred 5+ years account executive experience
- Enterprise health system sales experience
- Experience working with CRM
- Previous experience at a startup, tech, software engineering, or similar company
- Desire to contribute to building groundbreaking technologies to make healthcare more efficient, affordable, and effective
- Personal qualities of integrity, perseverance, and commitment to the mission
- Ability to work with remote and hybrid office/remote teams
- PPG experience
- Excellent people skills and positive attitude, ability to partner with a dynamic team
