Job Summary
Provide comprehensive assessment and care plans for clients in the Medically Monitored Detox Unit following physician and standing orders. Act as an active member of the integrated care team while collaborating closely with medical providers to ensure high-quality care. Lead individualized discharge planning for each client. This role supports clients suffering from substance use disorders within the Fort Dodge community. Full-time employment includes 10-hour PRN shifts covering every other weekend and holiday.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active license in Iowa
- Must be available for every other weekend and every other holiday
- Must be able to complete a background check, drug screen, and TB test prior to starting employment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in substance use treatment services is preferred
