Job Summary
Load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment to healthcare institutions while safely driving and maintaining company vehicles. Service, ship, and receive equipment at the branch warehouse, then coordinate daily with local sales representatives on orders and delivery planning. Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts by listening to and responding to their patient and equipment needs. Adhere to operations processes and quality management standards while maintaining a neat appearance and wearing a company uniform. Work multiple shifts including on-call as needed, lift up to 75 lbs, and push or pull up to 150 lbs. Participate in business planning and professional development sessions to support the company's mission of delivering essential medical supplies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and good driving record for the past 3 years
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to professionals in the healthcare industry
- Ability to use our company portal daily to manage equipment maintenance orders and deliveries
- Ability to work multiple shifts, including on-call as needed
- Able to read and write in English and perform math calculations
- Able to work unsupervised
- Excellent communication skills
- Lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 150 lbs
- Ability to pass a DOT certification/physical
