Job Summary
Load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to healthcare institutions while safely driving and maintaining company vehicles. Service, ship, and receive equipment in the branch warehouse, then provide professional customer service to hospital contacts regarding their patient and equipment needs. Coordinate daily with local sales representatives on orders, planning, and delivery support, and participate in business planning sessions. Maintain a neat appearance in company uniform and adhere to quality management system standards. Work multiple shifts, including on-call as needed, while lifting up to 75 lbs and pushing or pulling up to 150 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and good driving record for the past 3 years
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to professionals in the healthcare industry
- Ability to use our company portal daily to manage equipment maintenance orders and deliveries
- Ability to work multiple shifts, including on-call as needed
- Able to read and write in English and perform math calculations
- Able to work unsupervised
- Excellent communication skills
- Lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 150 lbs
- Ability to pass a DOT certification/physical
