Job Summary
Load suppliers for daily pickups, complete the route schedule, and deliver all picks to the branch by shift end. Handle specimens and lab samples safely while operating the company vehicle and obeying traffic laws. Utilize the handheld electronic device to manage pickups and coordinate with the dispatcher for additional stops. Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions as needed. Work Wednesday through Saturday from 7:00am to 5:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- At least 21 years' old
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- 1 year or more of driver or courier experience
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- Very punctual with strong time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve customer issues
