Job Summary
Medical Courier role delivering medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports for Labcorp in Fort Wayne, IN. Responsibilities include loading daily suppliers for pickups, completing the daily pickup schedule, delivering items to the branch, handling specimens and lab samples safely, operating the company vehicle in compliance with traffic laws, and coordinating with the dispatcher for additional pickups. Utilizes a handheld device to manage daily pickups, evaluates traffic patterns and weather for routing, and maintains punctuality and strong time-management and organizational skills. Requires lifting up to 50 lbs; valid driver's license and clean driving record; minimum age 21. Schedule is Monday–Friday 11:00am–7:00pm with rotating Saturdays; includes company vehicle use with option to take the vehicle home for personal use at a monthly cost. Required Qualifications
- No education or experience required
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent (preferred)
- 1 year or more of driver or courier experience (preferred)
- 1 year or more of customer service experience (preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Be at least 21 years’ old
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
