Medical Courier Dispatcher 6a-2p

Dispatcher role coordinating medical courier deliveries across hospitals, clinics, and laboratories. Responsibilities include answering driver calls, reviewing orders, assigning routes, managing on-demand drivers, escalating to Operations Manager as needed, and maintaining professional communication. Must be detail-oriented, capable of quick assessment and reallocation of assignments, and willing to work weekend rotations in a 365/24/7 operations environment. Requires high school diploma or GED and dispatch experience; ideal candidate demonstrates integrity, problem-solving over the phone, and clear written/spoken communication. Located at the Cincinnati area with in-person duties; compensation is $20/hour.
