Job Summary
Medical Courier Dispatcher on a swing shift at the Cincinnati hub. Responsibilities include answering driver calls, reviewing orders and assigning them to drivers, ensuring routes and on-demand drivers stay on time for pickups and deliveries, and escalating non-routine items to the Operations Manager. You will be the calming voice for drivers, quickly assess market needs to assign or rearrange tasks, offer ideas to improve processes and customer experience, and participate in weekend rotations in a 365/24/7 environment. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year of dispatch experience. Essential skills are integrity, quick thinking, clear spoken and written communication, problem-solving over the phone, and flexibility to work overtime. Compensation is $20.00/hour, located in Cincinnati (not remote).
