Job Summary
As a Medical Counselor, provide individual, group, and family counseling to patients with opioid use disorder, document patient progress, educate patients on treatment and recovery, and collaborate with a treatment team including a Medical Director, Program Director, Treatment Services Coordinator, Counselors, and Nurses to address clinical needs. Early morning hours support work-life balance. Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in mental health or intellectual/developmental disabilities, or a related field
- professional license or DMH credential as a Mental Health Therapist, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Therapist or Addictions Therapist (PCAT, CAT, PMHT, MHT)
