Job Summary
Coordinate and schedule client medical appointments (annual, follow-up, and emergency) in compliance with licensing regulations. Maintain accurate documentation of appointments, communicate with medical staff, supervisors, and program directors, and drive to medical appointments using a valid license. Collaborate with the licensing and department staff during inspections and ensure timely, appropriate care. This role requires effective organization, crisis management, and strong communication to support individuals receiving services.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
- Complete all state and agency required training per state guidelines
- Ability to establish a comfortable and supportive relationship with individuals receiving supports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
