Job Summary
Coordinate nurse staffing for infusion therapies and schedule nurses with patients in a fast-paced environment. Build relationships with patients, nurses, and pharmacies; update nurses’ calendars daily; prepare and submit staffing operation reports; identify hard-to-fill schedules and take proactive actions. Requires strong time-management, verbal and written communication, and critical thinking skills to ensure staffing requirements are met in a patient-focused setting. This onsite role is Mon-Fri and may require after-hours or weekend work.
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- 2+ years experience working in healthcare
- 1+ year experience working in staffing nurses
- Basic Qualifications: Good time-management skills
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills and critical thinking skills
- Communicate in a timely manner
