Job Summary
Medical Coordinator in Buffalo, NY responsible for coordinating referrals to community-based medical providers, assisting with scheduling and attendance at appointments and procedures, supporting delegated nursing care as directed by RN, ensuring the medication room is stocked and organized, and communicating with clinical staff to ensure follow-up. Requires ability to work independently and as part of a team, reliability, patience, and compassion.
